Sustainability

More Than a Vision — A Roadmap for Sustainable Investment

Perechynska community is not waiting for the future — we are building it today. Here, green energy, ecological living, and social inclusion are embedded at every level of development.

We are home to Ukraine’s only manufacturer of multi-megawatt wind turbines — a cornerstone of national energy independence, rooted in strong local industrial capacity. Our upcoming CHOVEN Science Valley and eco-industrial park, anchored by the flagship healthcare initiative CHOVEN Medical, will span over 60 hectares. This next-generation innovation ecosystem is designed to integrate clean manufacturing, medical innovation, renewable energy, and zero-waste logistics.

Residential initiatives such as “Valley of Dreams,” “Kind Neighbors,” and “White Sakura” showcase our commitment to energy-efficient housing, human-centered design, and low-carbon urban mobility. Strategic national investments — including the Innovative School and Ukraine’s National Field Hockey Stadium — are being developed as smart, multifunctional spaces open to both local residents and global partnerships.

From biotech labs and solar rooftops to accessible green zones and modern infrastructure, Perechyn offers a sustainable, forward-looking environment where nature, industry, and human potential thrive together.

Climate Change

Integrating Carbon Reduction into Local Development

Perechynska community integrates carbon reduction strategies across key sectors, including energy-efficient housing, green mobility, localized manufacturing, and infrastructure planning.

The upcoming eco-industrial park is designed with renewable energy at its core and incorporates shortened supply chains to minimize transport-related emissions while strengthening local production.

All new public and residential buildings are developed in line with advanced energy standards — featuring high-performance insulation, solar-ready systems, and smart heating management technologies.

This approach demonstrates how a municipality can embed carbon-conscious development into an integrated planning system — turning climate responsibility into a driver of innovation and resilience.

Waste Management

From Landfill to Circular Economy

Perechynska community is implementing a phased transformation of its municipal landfill into a modern waste recycling and resource recovery facility.

The project includes the elimination of unmanaged waste, the introduction of region-wide sorting systems, and the development of a local circular economy model focused on reuse, efficiency, and environmental management.

The facility is expected to reduce environmental impact, create employment opportunities, and provide waste management services for surrounding communities.

This initiative is part of a broader strategy to integrate sustainability principles into municipal infrastructure planning.

Community Impact

At the Heart of Every Investment — People

In Perechynska community, investment projects are structured to deliver tangible community value. Key priorities include job creation, development of local supply chains, and access to education, healthcare, and social services.

Ongoing initiatives support youth engagement, inclusive public spaces, and the preservation of cultural and historical heritage.

Future plans include the development of wellness centers, eco-tourism clusters, and green recreational zones, shaped in consultation with the local community and aligned with quality-of-life objectives.

The approach reflects an emphasis on long-term resilience and integrated community development.
