The “Good Neighbors” project was the first step in creating dignified living for displaced families. Building on its success, Perechyn is developing “White Sakura” — a green, energy-efficient neighborhood with modern infrastructure — and “Dream Valley,” a large-scale residential cluster of 500+ apartments with panoramic views, car-free courtyards, and access to nature. These projects reflect the community’s commitment to long-term recovery and quality of life.

Description

In the city of Perechyn, Friendly Wind Technologies has developed the “Dobri Susidy” residential complex — 13 buildings with 126 fully furnished apartments, designed to accommodate internally displaced employees from Kramatorsk.
The complex includes dedicated areas for sports, recreation, and communal living.

Adjacent to it, “White Sakura” is emerging as a new residential environment, featuring energy-efficient homes, modern infrastructure, and natural surroundings.

Another large-scale project, “Dream Valley”, offers a residential cluster with panoramic views of the Carpathians and more than 500 apartments of various layouts.
The development includes underground parking, car-free green courtyards, children’s play areas, and direct access to mountain trails.

This is more than housing — it represents a new standard for mountain-edge suburban living in Zakarpattia.
